Bernardo Birabent worked in architecture and design. He began collecting art in the 1980s. When the 21st century arrived he decided it was time to let go his 'treasures' — and turned into a dealer.

His favorites are works of pop art from the 1960s–70s, mostly from Argentine artists. He has had the privilege of knowing and interacting with many of the artists of those days.
